The listing is for 1x captive bred animal, of a beautiful species of millipede that is famous for its bright red body that is lined with contrasting black bands. Juveniles start off pale, but their red and black colouration strengthen as they grow up.
These are CAPTIVE BRED in my collection, with the stock originating from South Africa, Africa.
The juveniles and adults feed mainly on decaying wood and leaf mulch (decayed leaf litter). Additional supplements such as calcium (limestone/cuttlefish bone), fruits & veg, moss, and protein such as fish food should be offered as part of their balanced diet.
